Traditionally made ciders from Orange NSW. A range of ciders from dry to sweet as well as non-alcoholic ciders. Made from whole apples and pears grown in our orchard or around the Orange region.

The Salami Man. Pre packaged salami. We take great pride in making salami by hand - from the individual premium ingredients, the drying process, and especially the slicing. The meat is all free range, air-dried to just the right consistency and full of flavour.

Bite Me Mini Donuts has been an Ironfest staple diet since the olden days of 2010 ! Yes 2010. We will be offering our famous and delicious bite sized mini donuts that the whole family can enjoy.

Loaded Potatoes baked from fresh on the day and loaded with delicious hot and cold toppings, such as chilli con carne, bolognese, bacon bits, baked beans, cheese, sour cream and spring onion. Plus twice cooked Loaded Wedges made from fresh potatoes, not frozen!

We’re Black Gate Distillery, a small family-run distillery from Mendooran in Central West NSW. Everything we make is produced, distilled and matured right there at the distillery, using a direct-fired pot still and plenty of time in the shed.

Returning once again! Family owned and operated since 2018 Smash My Buns offering quality on wheels. Our Menu options have changed a little but not alot! Smashed wagyu beef burgers, Delicious chicken burgers available along with Loaded hotdogs & Loaded fries and our new Rolls!
